Yorktown Service Plaza

I can't recommend this place enough. |I originally went in just to get new tires, and Bob called to let me know that my car also needed some suspension work. As luck would have it, I already had the suspension parts in my car, and they were able to install those for me as well. They even replaced a few additional parts I had. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Bob was honest, communicative, and took the time to explain everything and honestly went the extra mile. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Absolutely will be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Yorktown has the best service and great prices! They changed the oil in my car and rotated my tires. I had to wait a little but had a bite to eat from their adjacent cafe' and the food was delicious!

Yorktown Service Plaza continues to show that they put customers and top quality service first. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and to replaces a windshield washer pump. Not only did they have an appointment within 2 days available, but they had my car ready to go transponder than anticipated. Bob is always fantastic to work with. Have been a loyal customer for several years and will continue for many more!

I would recommend everyone to come here. What I like most about Yorktown is the fact that they make you feel like you’re an actual customer, and not just another person they’re trying to collect money from. Scheduling an appointment is always very easy with them as well. Extremely professional, very friendly, and they always have an answer to your problems. Most recent time I was here I took in my truck (that I’ve been taking to them for years now) for some new brake pads. They told me my brake pads were in fine condition and didn’t need to be replaced, which made me super happy because I always appreciate their honesty here. However, they called me with some other problems with my truck. They told me what was going on, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I can’t entirely remember, but I believe they installed new tie rods for my wheels and new shocks all the way around. I got my truck back, and lo and behold the weird bumps and vibrations that I always felt in my steering wheel are now nowhere to be found. That’s the right way to do business, they are amazing here. Pricing is always fair too, I can’t ever complain about that. 10/10 experiences every single time, co
